Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Sandy, UT. This role is ideal for an early-career staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, and helping candidates connect with the right employment opportunities.

The Staffing Specialist will support new account development, candidate recruiting, client communication, and day-to-day staffing operations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, organization, and a service-minded approach to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and active client accounts to support staffing needs and new business growth.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and match qualified candidates to open positions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-up communication, and placement activity.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or internal databases.
- Support sales and business development efforts through outreach, follow-up, and market research.
- Provide a positive candidate and client experience through timely communication and professional service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Sandy, UT.
