Our Cooks and Kitchen Team ensure our guests receive the best quality product and experience with us in the best way possible! We believe that a truly great experience is more than just service with a smile; we pride ourselves on our hospitality- we seek to truly 'Wow' our guests! Our goals and expectations from our culinary team are to adhere to our guidelines and specifications, operate in a clean, organized manner, remain committed to food quality, and grow through coaching and development. Prepping at The Haymaker:
- Guest-first mentality. Providing great experiences
- Safe food handling and food safety knowledge
- Communicate and address any needs or concerns with Management Team
- Menu Knowledge and product specifications
- Ability to follow recipe book & directions
- Passion for delivering high-quality products to our guests

- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Must have flexible availability

About You:

- Capable of working with others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver 25 pounds
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience in a high-paced restaurant
