Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company marketing initiatives. This position works closely with internal teams to organize campaigns, coordinate marketing activities, maintain project timelines, and help ensure programs are carried out according to established plans. The Marketing Manager will assist with a variety of marketing projects while maintaining communication between team members, customers, and external partners. The position requires strong organization, communication, and an understanding of fundamental marketing principles. Responsibilities include: Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and scheduled initiatives Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing programs Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules Coordinate marketing materials, supplies, and other campaign resources Support product, service, and brand awareness initiatives Assist with customer engagement and market outreach activities Gather customer feedback and organize information for internal review Conduct basic market and competitor research Monitor industry and consumer trends relevant to current initiatives Assist with events, presentations, community programs, and other marketing activities Coordinate project details with internal departments Communicate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and external partners as needed Maintain organized records of marketing projects and campaign activity Track participation, responses, and other basic campaign information Prepare marketing summaries, reports, and internal updates Review materials for accuracy and consistency with company guidelines Help maintain appropriate inventory of marketing materials and supplies Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects Support multiple marketing initiatives and deadlines simultaneously Complete additional marketing assignments based on current business needs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field and/or 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience Previous internship or professional experience in marketing, events, communications, customer engagement, or a related area is preferred Understanding of basic marketing concepts and principles Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and external partners Strong time-management and follow-through Ability to gather and organize market and customer information Comfortable working in an active, project-based environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software Employee recognition programs Team and company activities Collaborative working environment Variety of marketing campaigns and projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Market Value
