Panel Recruiting Manager, TVision

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Viant is seeking a driven and strategic Panel Marketing & Recruitment Manager to lead initiatives focused on growing and engaging our research panel community. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of panel recruitment programs to drive sustainable growth, engagement, retention, and participant quality.

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for panel recruitment, partnering cross-functionally and with external vendors to build scalable acquisition and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and a data-driven approach to participant engagement within a research or customer-focused environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Develop and execute panel recruitment strategies to achieve acquisition, engagement, and growth targets.

• Manage recruitment vendor relationships, budgets, and performance to maximize ROI and build a scalable participant acquisition strategy.

• Plan, launch, and optimize in-house recruitment and engagement campaigns across social, email, digital, and other communication channels.

• Develop lifecycle communication strategies that strengthen panelist onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

• Collaborate with Operations, Support, Product, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve the panelist experience.

• Establish and track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and participant quality, using insights to continuously improve performance.

• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve recruitment efficiency, audience targeting, personalization, participant engagement, and operational scalability.

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in panel management, participant recruitment, and engagement.

GREAT TO HAVE

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, participant recruitment, customer engagement, or a related field.

• Experience with market research panels, research operations, customer communities, or participant recruitment strongly preferred.

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, external vendors, and strategic partnerships.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and analytics platforms to measure performance and translate insights into action.

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools, including generative AI, workflow automation, campaign optimization, and communication personalization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.

• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation platforms preferred.

Base compensation range: $100,000.00- $125,000.00

In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
