We’re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with strong automotive knowledge and a genuine passion for helping customers. What You’ll Do Provide fast, accurate, customer‑focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department. Customer Interaction – Answer phones, greet customers, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person. Order & Sales Support – Assist with parts inquiries, stock checks, and order processing following ITC/ICC standards. Service Department Coordination – Work closely with technicians to supply correct parts for repairs. Inventory & Receiving – Receive, inspect, unpack, store, and track parts; maintain perpetual inventory. Invoicing & Payment – Create accurate ADP invoices, process payments, and handle credits. Returns & Warranty – Manage core returns, warranty parts, and general returns. Work Area Standards – Maintain a clean, organized counter and stockroom. What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills. Basic math skills for inventory and invoicing. Knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Acceptable driving record + valid driver’s license.
