Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to our exceptional team of passionate associates. The ideal candidate must have supervisory experience in full‑service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service, and preferably Micros experience. Hand‑on attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Essential Functions Completely direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets. Supervise the entire kitchen staff and all restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates, providing guidance, aid, and counsel for all kitchen and restaurant associates. Train all kitchen associates on job duties, including seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, cleaning, sanitation, and ongoing growth opportunities. Assist with writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing all personnel. Maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates. Write and present disciplinary action as needed. Provide associates with necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs. Take immediate action on problems encountered in the kitchen or restaurant. Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly BEO meetings with sales, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly kitchen inventory. Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe, and expedited to all outlets efficiently. Support food service in all areas and, as needed, in other hotel operations. Benefits (Full Time Associates only) We offer competitive wages.
