We foster a supportive environment where both our clients and our team members thrive together.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sacramento. In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans that foster meaningful progress in communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities.As a key contributor to our organization's vision, this role includes a profit-sharing opportunity, allowing you to directly participate in and benefit from our shared growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Assessments & Plans: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs.Program Oversight & Implementation: Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans and high standards of care.Progress Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to continuously refine intervention strategies and ensure measurable outcomes.Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization across home and community environments.Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with families, educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.Compliance & Ethics: Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and billing records in full alignment with state regulatory standards and BACB ethical guidelines.QualificationsCertification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.Licensure: CA State Licensure/Registration as required.Experience: Proven experience working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disabilities.Skills:Strong expertise in conducting FBAs and writing comprehensive treatment plans.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.Energetic, compassionate, and client-centered approach to care.Strong organizational and data-driven analytical skills.Clearances: Successful completion of background checks and required health screenings.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryProfit-Sharing Program: Direct financial participation in the organization’s performance and expansion.Professional Development: Ongoing training, CEU stipends, and clear opportunities for leadership advancement.Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Work Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment with an emphasis on work-life balance.How to ApplyIf you are an energetic BCBA eager to make a lasting, positive impact in the Sacramento community while growing alongside a dedicated team, we want to hear from you.
