Job details:

• Position : OBGYN
• Location : Santa Cruz, CA
• Schedule :
  • 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
  • 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
  • Various schedules available:
    • Full-Time hospital based
    • Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based
• Call : Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs
  • Hospitalist always present + OBGYN
• EMR : Cerner 
• Patient load : 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
• Job Requirements :
  • BC or BE in FM or IM
  • New grads welcome (no 2027 grads)
• Compensation :
  • Base - 375-400K
  • Productivity bonus
• Support : 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists
• Credentialing : Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
