Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in customer support via email and chat channels. Ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently. Willingness to engage in ongoing training and self-directed learning. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Experience using CRM tools for tracking customer interactions. Positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Ability to analyze customer data to identify improvement areas. Flexibility to adapt communication styles to diverse customer needs.
