A candidate with experience in private practice and/or retail with residency training would be a complimentary addition to the practice (although not required). Plus, the practice has a large established patient base as well as a strong referral base. Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety.
