Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Federal Staff Reporting Analysts to support a project focused on federal and military reporting. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic reporting documents while applying federal documentation standards, reporting conventions, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Evaluate reports for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and formatting.
• Develop grading rubrics and evaluation criteria for reporting tasks.
• Create reference responses and reporting examples for AI training.
• Provide structured feedback on report quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to refine reporting guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal reporting or military staff writing experience.
• Experience with military or federal reporting formats and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of federal compliance and documentation standards.
• US-based with experience handling confidential federal or military documentation.
