Looking to take your hospital revenue cycle leadership to the next level? We’re hiring a Revenue Cycle Insurance Manager to lead our hospital insurance A/R and denial management teams — and we also have a Supervisor-level role available for high-performing leaders looking to grow! What You’ll Do: Lead, inspire, and develop hospital insurance A/R and denial management teams of ~25 staff, building a high-accountability, results-driven culture . Own end-to-end performance of hospital insurance A/R, including denial prevention, high-dollar claim resolution, and appeals . Partner with internal departments (Coding, CDI, Case Management, Compliance) to reduce preventable denials and optimize reimbursement. Serve as the primary escalation point for payer disputes and lead payer strategy discussions with executives. Monitor KPIs like AR days, collections, denial rates , and implement corrective action plans to drive revenue integrity. Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, payer contracts, and hospital policies while maintaining audit-ready documentation. ✅ 7+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience , including hospital insurance A/R leadership. Strong knowledge of hospital reimbursement methodologies, payer regulations, and complex claim escalations . Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop revenue cycle teams in a hospital environment. Decisive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and executive presence . Strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable revenue cycle improvements .
