Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead the full-cycle accounts payable function for a growing organization based in Broward County. This role is responsible for overseeing vendor disbursements, month-end close, team leadership, and continuous process improvement within the AP department. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, disbursements, employee expense reimbursements, 1099 reporting, and month-end close Manage vendor payment requirements and ensure timely, accurate processing of payables, including capturing early payment discounts Ensure AP sub-ledger balances reconcile with the general ledger and that invoices post to correct GL accounts Approve and post invoice batches, verifying vendor setup and proper approvals Provide leadership to a team of AP processors, including hiring, training, and performance management Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls, including AP automation projects Review vendor statements, reconcile accounts, and respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries Support internal and external audits as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, including purchase order matching, invoice entry, ACH/wire/check processing, and vendor file maintenance 3+ years of supervisory experience Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and intermediate Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables) Experience with AP automation software (Medius preferred) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
