De rol
Als key account support ben jij het operationele en commercile aanspreekpunt voor key account-klanten in jouw regio: Brussel en Vlaams-Brabant. Je bezoekt klanten op locatie, zorgt ervoor dat afspraken binnen SLA's worden nageleefd en helpt klanten optimaal gebruik te maken van onze oplossingen.
De rol bestaat voor ongeveer 80% uit klantcontact en commercile ondersteuning en voor 20% uit lichte technische werkzaamheden. Je bent geen technieker, maar voert wel eenvoudige technische handelingen uit, zoals het vervangen van doseerapparatuur of het aansluiten van slangen.
Je werkt zelfstandig in het veld en speelt een belangrijke rol in de samenwerking tussen klanten, sales, service en technische teams.
Wat ga je doen?
- Bezoeken en ondersteunen van key account-klanten in Brussel en Vlaams-Brabant
- Bewaken van contractafspraken, verbruik en klanttevredenheid
- Signaleren van upsell- en cross-sell kansen in samenwerking met key account managers
- Uitvoeren van eenvoudige technische interventies en basisonderhoud
- Uitvoeren van hygineaudits en digitale rapportages via Youreka
- Registreren van cases, acties en klantvragen in Salesforce
- Cordineren van testen, leveringen en praktische vragen bij klanten
- Fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen klant, sales en service

Wie zoeken wij?
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een klantgerichte, commercile of servicegerichte functie
- Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en ondernemend
- Interesse in techniek en bereidheid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
- Rijbewijs B
- Bereidheid om een VCA- en/of VOG-certificaat te behalen indien nodig
- Woonachtig in of nabij de regio Brussel/Vlaams-Brabant
