Long Cove Club is seeking a Full-Time Pro Shop & Court Maintenance Attendant to support daily operations at our Sports Center. This combined position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with members, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful facilities.Schedule & Pay:Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.Pay based on experienceFull-time positionKey Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional member and guest service in the Pro Shop and Sports CenterOpen and close the Pro Shop and prepare facilities for daily operationsProcess transactions, manage court reservations, and respond to member inquiriesPromote Sports Center programs, events, and activitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and common areasStock towels, water stations, and supplies throughout the facilityPerform court maintenance including grooming courts and clearing debrisAssist with setup and breakdown for matches, clinics, and special eventsMonitor court conditions and communicate needs to leadershipRequirements:Strong customer-service mindset and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors and perform physical tasksBasic cash-handling and computer skills (POS experience preferred)Flexibility to work weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and move for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 80 poundsComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAdditional Perks for All Team Members:FREE team member mealsTravel pay: $7/day, up to $150/monthLimited golf privileges & pro shop discounts401(k) with up to 6% employer match (after 6 months)Team Member of the Month & Year awards (with monetary bonuses)Team Member appreciation events & activitiesHoliday fund bonusFull-Time Benefits (eligibility begins the 1st of the month after 60 days):Medical & Vision Insurance at competitive ratesFREE Dental Insurance100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life Insurance optionsPTO: 128 hours of vacation and sick/personal time per year, plus 6 paid holidays (PTO begins accruing after 90 days)Health Savings Account (HSA)
