The firm provides sophisticated, strategic representation to clients navigating complex and often high-stakes family law matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce and financially complex cases. The firm combines the resources and legal knowledge of a larger practice with the personalized client service of a boutique firm. Its attorneys handle matters involving divorce, property division, child custody, child and spousal support, legal separation, paternity, parental rights, and premarital agreements. Why join us? Job Details Responsibilities Manage family law matters from inception through resolution, including negotiation and litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Represent clients in hearings, conferences, mediations, and other proceedings. Analyze complex financial issues, including business interests, real estate, investments, and asset division. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion: Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar plus: CA Bar in good standing 1+ years of Family Law experience Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
