Sales Specialist
=PR= Run & Walk - RVA
Role Description This part-time on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Midlothian, VA. In this role, you will assist customers by providing personalized recommendations, guidance, and product knowledge to help them achieve their fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with shoppers, facilitating educational training sessions, and driving sales through excellent customer service. You will also contribute to maintaining a friendly and energetic store environment that encourages engagement with the walking and running community. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and build rapport with customers. Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve goals and support business growth. Ability to facilitate Training sessions to educate and motivate customers on product knowledge and fitness routines. Passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, with familiarity or enthusiasm for walking and running culture. Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
