Nurse - Emergency Care

Schedule

Mids, 1300-0100

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Strong Emergency Department skills required
• IV Insertion skills required
• PICC/Central Line Management skills required
• Cardiac skills: Obtain 12 Lead EKG, Tele Interpretation, Cardioversion/Defibrillation
• Airway skills: Procedural Sedation, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilators, Trach Care
• Behavioral Health experience with Chemical Dependency preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients
• Utilize strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support teamwork
• Manage a variety of emergencies, including stroke, STEMI, sepsis, respiratory and cardiac diseases, and orthopedic issues
• Maintain compliance with all safety and procedural standards
• Participate in patient education and support services as needed
