Digital Marketing Manager

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital and loyalty marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop and execute high-impact campaigns, optimize customer engagement, and strengthen our brand presence across digital channels. What You’ll Do Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, paid media, SEO/SEM, content). Manage the digital marketing calendar to align with company-wide strategies and initiatives. Optimize CRM campaigns and automation workflows to boost engagement and conversions. Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and refine strategies for maximum ROI. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to create impactful marketing assets. Oversee the strategy and execution of loyalty and rewards programs, including offer design, segmentation, and personalized messaging. Monitor loyalty performance, provide insights, and continuously improve customer experience and retention. Partner with IT, customer service, and product teams to enhance system integrations and user experience. Support strategic marketing projects such as product launches, rebrands, and promotions. Manage and improve the current promotional process. Ensure deadlines are met and communicated within REBEL. Assist with creating promotional playbooks and or materials that are shared with operations. Provide direction as needed to support teams to keep tasks and projects on track. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or loyalty program management. Intermediate Excel Skills Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics. Strong track record of running successful loyalty, retention, or engagement programs. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or subscription‑based industries is a plus.
