Description

As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, providing immediate medical attention, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care. You will also engage with families, advocate for patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, all while working rotating shifts that include nights and weekends. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the challenges presented in the emergency department.
