\n \nWe are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Dover, PA area. This position is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

\n \nWhat You’ll Do:

Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
\n - \n
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations assessing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function, developing individualized treatment plans to support safety, independence, and quality of life
\n - \n
Educate and empower patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises
\n - \n
Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
\n - \n
Work independently, but never alone
\n - \n
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

SLP Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
\n - \n
One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
\n - \n
Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
\n
