Senior or Lead Certification Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Electromagnetic Effects (EME organization) has an exciting opportunity for a Certification Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Certification Specialists. Primary responsibilities: Analyzes data gathered from identified sources, identifies discrepancies and works with responsible organizations to resolve. Manages the change process. Integrates and coordinates design and configuration data required for certifications and/or flight clearance notices. Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data to support and guide business decisions. Summarizes findings. Performs configuration verification audits. Supports generation of product configuration data required for certifications and flight clearance notices. Supports the development of certification plans and deliverables for approval by regulatory representatives Collaborates with cert specialist across multiple functions to support cert activity. Supports the daily development of data packages, metrics, and deliverables in support of certify and delivering commercial aircraft. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Associate’s degree or higher Level 4: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for global audiences Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment Experience do you have working with Project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): Level 5: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working with 14 CFR Part 25 regulations General understanding of Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT), Engineering Tracking & Control (ETAC), Design Change Classification System (DCCS), and other tools Familiarity with drawing/data systems and configuration management principles and processes Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Summary Pay Range: Senior (Level 4): $114,750 - $155,250 Lead (Level 5): $145,350 - $196,650 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
