Director, Site Budgets and Payments Operational Excellence

Director-level role overseeing global site budgets and payments operational excellence at a diversified healthcare company. Accountable for end-to-end process architecture, governance, integration, analytics, and continuous improvement across budget and payment capabilities worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own global Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence capability and define strategic direction for process evolution
- Establish and maintain globally consistent process architecture, documentation, governance, and change control across regions
- Lead regional support model and implementation approach to ensure effective resource deployment and benefits realization
- Steward integrated business process and systems roadmap, coordinating enhancement prioritization and sequencing
- Drive end-to-end root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for cross-functional and recurring process issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (science, business, finance, technology, or related field); advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial financial operations, site payments, and Fair Market Value principles
- Proven experience leading and developing professional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability to measure performance and guide priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders
