Hiring Facilities Maintenance Technician – Full Time | Residential Complex (108 Units)As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll perform day-to-day building maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete preventive tasks across the property. Workload varies — some days are fast-paced, others slower — and you'll collaborate closely with a facilities helper and a small team to ensure the community stays in excellent condition. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
