Quality Orthodontics is seeking two motivated bilingual professionals to join our Matthews, NC clinic. We have openings for a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant and a Treatment Coordinator. Ideal candidates will bring orthodontic experience, fluency in two languages, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care within a supportive, growing practice.

Pay

$20~$34 per hour

Requirements

Bilingual fluency (spoken and written)
Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting
Basic CPR certification
Knowledge of chairside assisting and aseptic technique
Strong patient interaction and care coordination skills
Reliability, dedication, and a willingness to grow within a small private practice
Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are welcome

Job Description

Assist the orthodontist during treatments, maintaining efficient and aseptic clinical operations
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
Ensure patient comfort and provide clear communication in both languages
Support clinical scheduling and patient flow

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday to Sunday: Closed
