Front Office Coordinator

Kempter Dentistry in Charlotte is a patient-centered integrative dental office committed to providing exceptional care. We use technology, such as CEREC, lasers, ozone therapy, and digital scanners, to ensure the most comfortable dental experience. Our team is passionate about creating a warm environment for our patients while maintaining high standards of care.
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice.
3-5 yrs experience in a dental front office role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Familiar with dental scheduling software.
High level of reliability.

Pay

$24~$28 per hour

Job Description

Welcome patients.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and verifying insurance information (avg 30-40 daily).
Schedule appointments to optimize patient flow.
Collect payments over the phone and at patient walk out.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients with inquiries.
Data entry and managing patient records.

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Thurs 7-4 with some occasional Fridays.
