Customer Service Team Member

As a member of the customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for receiving and welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take, prepare, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, restrooms, and behind the main counter.
• Respect health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by offering attentive and efficient service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to achieve store objectives including service speed, order accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Physical mobility to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for 3 to 8 hours during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• No prior experience required; however, a Utah food handlers card, ServSafe certification, or previous fast food or customer service experience is preferred.
