The Plant Manager will drive operational stability, continuous improvement, and scalable growth by aligning people, processes, and performance through ADTIs Management System (ADMS). This leader must be highly visible on the shop floor, capable of diagnosing operational challenges, and experienced in leading teams through performance improvement and sustained execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full operations of a 127-employee manufacturing facility.

• Align people, processes, and performance through ADTIs Management System (ADMS).

• Diagnose operational challenges and lead teams through performance improvement.

• Drive measurable operational improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and delivery metrics.

• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Create and sustain a culture of ongoing process improvement.

• Lead improvement projects from identification through implementation.

• Manage production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions.

• Own and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams and implement rapid improvement projects.

• Ensure quality system compliance and document control.

• Influence and manage plant-level financial performance, including P&L, labor absorption, and cost control.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years leading operations or plant-level teams.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field required, or an Associate degree or H.S. diploma with additional years of experience.

• Proven success leading in a mid-sized manufacturing facility (100500 employees).

• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, flow, and constraint-based problem solving.

• Solid financial acumen with experience managing or influencing plant-level P&L, labor absorption, and cost control.

• Experience leveraging ERP systems and production data to drive real-time decision-making.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Green Belt or Black Belt experience preferred.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.

• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of production workflows, ERP-driven manufacturing environments, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite manufacturing leadership position located in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The Plant Manager should expect to spend significant time on the production floor interacting with employees, supervisors, and managers. Work in a fabrication and manufacturing environment that includes machinery, material movement, and industrial equipment. Lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, balancing strategic planning and business leadership with hands-on operational execution. Be present and visible to employees, driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources leadership teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ponca City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
