• Patients per shift: 0 - 11
• Call ratio: 4 - 8
• Low and high risk pregnancy management required
• OB ultrasounds required -- Level I and Level II
• C-section, VBAC, and complicated delivery skills required
• FHR interpretation -- NST/CST/FSE required
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
