This position prepares budgeting & projections, and ad hoc reports for data requests. This is a remote or hybrid role and the FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager.The firm has one available position in either Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dover, OH; Long Beach, CA; or Portland, OR. Some positions at Novogradac may be open to remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs. Please discuss available options with your recruiter.**Your Contributions and Responsibilities*** Prepare analytical reports to analyze employee productivity and overall firm performance.* Compile and deliver supporting reports in response to partner and principal inquiries.* Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.* Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.* Report on complex data points and ad hoc finance analysis reports.* Additional duties and projects as assigned.**Your Background and Skills*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience.* Prior experience working in a professional services firm a plus.* Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of concurrent and shifting priorities.* Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail.* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, conduct analyses, present findings, and create solutions.* Strong computer proficiency, including solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular with Excel, as well as experience using accounting software systems.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Why work with us?**Novogradac is committed to fostering a welcoming workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered to grow.
