Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Per Diem

Job Description What we are looking for: Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a dedicated per diem SLP to pick up school-age cases in Suffolk County. The services can be provided in the schools, student's homes, or at one of our outpatient locations. Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible. Strong CF with existing placement considered. Must have TSSLD certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications (live course) Job Type: Per Diem/Coverage Pay: $60 per visit (30 minute treatment sessions with opportunity to stack multiple sessions in one location). #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
