Your Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while managing a busy, high-acuity labor and delivery unit.
• OBED / Triage:
  • Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and admit unassigned patients as necessary.
• Surgical & Procedural Care:
  • Conduct gynecological procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.
• High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• A clinician who thrives in a supportive and cooperative setting.

Benefits and Opportunities

• Options for both full-time and part-time positions.
• Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts available with a nighttime differential).
• Full-time equivalence consists of 13 shifts every 28 days.
• Compensation:
  • 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000
  • 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000
  • Additional productivity bonuses available.
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000.
  • Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month.
  • Forgivable loan of up to $200,000.
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
