What we’re seeking:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Possess a current, valid California state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; Clinical Fellows with strong references also considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Skilled in evaluating and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

In this role, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student success
• Track student progress, document data, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy delivery methods to accommodate onsite, remote, or hybrid environments as required
• Stay current with best practices and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
