Minimum Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.

ARRT (T) certification required.

BLS (AHA) required.

Valid Colorado Radiation Therapy state license, if required.

13 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist; experience in external beam and internal treatments preferred.

Experience with EPIC, Aria, or similar oncology EMR systems preferred.

Experience with treatment modalities including 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT, proton therapy, brachytherapy preferred.

Assignment Details

• 4x10 hour shifts, MondayFriday.
• Average caseload approximately 34 patients per day.
• Charting system: EPIC; additional systems in use include Aria and Trubeam.
• Orientation week required; clinicians should be in-state for orientation week even if some modules are remote.
• Must be willing to work within a 60-mile radius; valid driver's license must be submitted.

Impacting Patient Care

As a Radiation Therapist on this team you will operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, accurately position and immobilize patients, verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team, monitor patients during and after therapy, and document treatments in the EMR. A manager or supervisor is available on each shift. Weekend and on-call requirements are not required.
