Must-Have: 1-3 years experience
Description:
Hiring Process includes profile review and interview.
Profile review with clinical team followed by an interview with the unit manager.
Hiring radius is 60 miles.
General certification requirements include BLS and ARRT (T).
Must have experience or skills in external beam and internal radiation therapy, including Proton Therapy and Brachytherapy.
Common types of treatments performed include 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT, permanent implants, microwave treatments, gamma knife, and TomoTherapy.
Average number of patients per day is 34.
Familiarity with EMR or specific equipment such as EPIC, Aria, Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT is required.
There is a manager or supervisor on each shift.
Shifts consist of 4 ten-hour days from Monday to Friday.
No weekend or holiday requirements.
There are no call requirements or specified response times.
Scrubs in any professional solid color are required.
Unit or department-specific orientation details will be determined.
The facility has a cancellation policy that allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during a 13-week assignment.
The charting system used is EPIC.
A BSN is not required for this position.
Trauma level is acute.
The care setting is within the allied health division.
