Based at our Stevens Point headquarters, this key leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee a talented accounting team, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across our financial processes. This is a Direct Hire, on-site opportunity that is Full-Time.
Wage : 90k

Wage : 90k
Schedule : 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in accounting, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems
- Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and deadlines
- Experience with financial modeling and KPIs development
- Knowledge of inventory management and lease reporting
- Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
- Cross-department collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
- CPA certification is highly desirable
- On-site availability at our Stevens Point HQ
- Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and cross-functional projects
- Support for annual audit and compliance activities
