Junior Accountant

The organization offers a supportive environment, strong mentorship, and the potential for long-term growth and permanent employment for the right individua Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or associates in Accounting Min of 1-2 1+ years of accounting, AP, AR, billing, or bookkeeping experience Experience processing invoices, payments, billing, and cash application Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate billing records. Apply cash receipts, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections efforts as needed Research and resolve customer billing discrepancies Perform bank, credit card, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations Assist with journal entries and month‑end close activities Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Prepare reports related to AP, AR, aging, and cash activity Support audits by providing requested documentation and schedules Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
