Admin Assistant (Peer Navigator)
*This is a work experience (work-based training) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.
Position: FT, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Corpus Christi
Second Chance Employer: contingent on the infraction
Pay Rate $11.00 an hour
Age: 16+
Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing

Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience with basic accounting, math, clerical skills, answering the phone.
