Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a comparable leadership role
• Available to work a full range of opens, swings, and closes

• Genuine desire to mentor, coach, and develop restaurant staff
• Comfortable navigating high-volume operational pressure while maintaining brand standards
