Job Description Join Our Team as a Restaurant Manager!
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in SD and allowing you an opportunity to relocate. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
