Operations Manager - $5bn AUM Hedge Fund - $300-350k TC A circa $5bn AUM US Hedge Fund is looking to make a newly created operations manager hire. The HOO currently manages a team of three; the new hire will provide a layer in between, working both a hands-on remit and also providing oversight of juniors. Hands-on tasks include middle office / trader assistant responsibilities (trade capture, bookings, P&L, valuation, etc.). Project work, alongside the HOO, focusing on process automation, new fund launches, and buildouts will be prevalent in the role. Candidates should have 5-15 years of experience in hedge fund operations / middle office. Advanced tech skills are preferred, as are strong academics and any industry qualifications.
