Lead HVAC Service Technician
Residential & Light Commercial
Raleigh, NC
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team in Raleigh. This role includes both residential and light commercial service work, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Service AC units, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and RTUs
Perform maintenance and inspections
Communicate with customers and document work
Assist and guide junior technicians
What You Need
5+ years of HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Light commercial experience preferred
EPA Certification
Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
