Why you'll love this job This job is a member of the Continuous Improvement & Innovation team within the Revenue Management Division. Responsible for leading a team focused on identifying, scoping, and delivering initiatives that improve how Revenue Management work is designed, executed, and scaled, partnering cross-functionally with Pricing, Yield Management, IT, Data Science, and Revenue Management Engineering to drive measurable performance and efficiency improvements. Leads a team of analysts who specialize in continuous improvement and innovation within Revenue Management, working cross-functionally with Pricing, Yield Management, IT, Data Science, Revenue Management Engineering and Finance, among others. Overseas concurrent, diverse and time‑sensitive initiatives from inception to completion focused on improving RM performance, efficiency, and decision quality, including assessing current workflows for friction and scalability constraints and designing future‑state processes and operating models. Identifies opportunities where automation, AI, and advanced analytics can reduce manual effort, increase speed, and improve decision quality. Works collaboratively with cross‑functional groups to create comprehensive strategies and solutions, building alignment across teams by managing tradeoffs and balancing analytical rigor with practicality. Partners with IT and Data Science to translate ideas into deployable capabilities. Uses advanced data analysis to support and justify projects and proposals. Builds relationships with business owners at all levels within Revenue Management and partner organizations. Provides a team of analysts with structure, support, and most importantly, care. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or relevant field or equivalent experience/training. 5 years work experience, preferably in revenue management, analytics, strategy, process improvement, management consulting, or related airline field. 3 years of experience formally or informally leading teams focused on process improvement, analytics, or transformation initiatives. Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Graduate degree, MBA, or other advanced certification. Prior experience in airlines, travel, revenue management, or management consulting. Familiarity with AI, ML, or automation concepts and their application to business processes. Experience designing and implementing workflow or operating model improvements. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Ability to lead teams and influence decisions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate findings through clear, well‑structured presentations. Ability to lead a team on projects that impact multiple business units. Strategic mindset with the demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, and solving problems creatively. Effective leadership skills with the ability to communicate expectations, motivate team members, provide feedback, delegate tasks and promote career growth of direct report(s). Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint presentation development. Self‑motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence who can work independently to drive for results. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple teams and engagement with senior stakeholders.
