You'll have the freedom to build systems, grow revenue, expand product offerings, and eventually build your own team. What You'll Be Responsible For This isn't a desk job. You'll start by learning every aspect of the business from the ground up. That means: Shipping & receiving Inventory management Product sourcing Warehouse organization Photography and content Product listings Website management Customer experience Order fulfillment Vendor relationships Marketing coordination You’ll understand every moving part before improving it. From there, your mission is to build the best online shopping experience in the RV and adventure industry. You’ll Own $600,000+ inventory Complete e-commerce operations Website optimization and conversion SEO and merchandising Product launches Pricing strategy Promotions Analytics and KPI reporting Customer acquisition and retention Continuous process improvement What Success Looks Like You think like an owner. You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify opportunities, solve problems, improve systems, and relentlessly grow sales. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team. This role has significant career growth for someone who consistently delivers measurable results. Required Qualifications Documented success growing an e-commerce business (required) Proven history increasing online revenue and profitability Experience managing inventory and merchandising Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization Ability to create scalable systems and processes Comfortable working both strategically and operationally Entrepreneurial mindset Self-motivated and accountable Bonus Experience RV industry Overlanding Camping and outdoor recreation Powersports Automotive accessories Performance marketing Email marketing Google Analytics Paid search and social advertising Compensation $60,000–$125,000+ Compensation will depend on experience, documented success, and the value you can create.
