Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Transaction Opportunities Scouts to identify, qualify, and strategically source live investment opportunities for our network of investors and fund managers.

This is a certified contractor role , not employment. Scouts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Transaction Opportunities Scouts will:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide structured context on opportunities (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Facilitate introductions between deal principals and investors

• Collaborate with analysts for early-stage diligence handoff

• Build a verified track record of sourced deals

• Earn transaction-based compensation for successfully closed opportunities

This role is ideal for professionals with direct access to proprietary deal flow , including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and founders.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Transaction Opportunities Scouts may:

• Identify and qualify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level context on opportunities (structure, economics, and strategic fit)

• Coordinate initial meetings between deal principals and capital partners

• Ensure smooth handoff to analysts for detailed diligence and modeling

• Maintain a record of strategically sourced opportunities

Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Transaction Opportunities Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, credibility, and sourcing network .

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and scout role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Transaction Opportunities Scout application and background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin sourcing, curating, and submitting qualified deals

No cold pitching or blind outreach: all deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
