As an OT with Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will assess, plan, and provide treatment to patients/residents, while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.Up to $45 an hour with weekly pay for standard hoursKey Responsibilities:Screen patients/residents and develop personalized care plansEvaluate patients/residents and provide direct treatment in accordance with established plans of careConsult with patients/residents, caregivers, and physicians to ensure effective treatment and careParticipate in team meetings and decision-making processes to drive quality careDocument activities and patient progress accurately and in a timely mannerDemonstrate knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulationsCommunicate effectively with patients, residents, team members, and customersParticipate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programsRequirements:Must possess a degree in occupational therapyCEU's per state licensure requirementsActive and unencumbered OT license in Massachusetts, or in the process of obtaining oneExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to function effectively in multiple systems and interact with all levels of staff and customersStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situationsAbility to cope with periodic stress associated with changing census and staffing demandsBenefits:Weekly PayHoliday & Overtime PayCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExclusive Employer Discount Program401(k) with Employer MatchAvailable for Full-Time Staff:Employer-Paid Life InsuranceVacation and Personal TimeHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
