Marketing & Growth Specialist Miami, FL (in office) $55,000 – $65,000 About the Role A growing professional services firm is seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to partner directly with the CEO on marketing, branding, content creation, automation initiatives, and growth projects. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional marketing role. You’ll have exposure to business strategy, AI tools, process automation, brand development, and executive-level decision making. We’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys figuring things out, learning new technology, and helping build something meaningful. What You’ll Do Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels Create content, graphics, presentations, and marketing campaigns Support brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives Utilize HubSpot and other marketing tools Research and implement AI and automation solutions Partner with leadership on marketing strategy and growth initiatives Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Bring new ideas that improve efficiency, visibility, and business growth What We’re Looking For 2 plus years of marketing, digital marketing, content, or communications experience Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, and content creation HubSpot or marketing automation experience preferred Experience marketing B2B services, professional services, consulting, recruiting, staffing, or other relationship-driven organizations is highly preferred.
