ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and personable individual to join our sales team. Previous insurance experience is not required. What You'll Do
Work with new and existing customers to identify insurance needs and help them find appropriate coverage. Your day will include speaking with customers, following up on opportunities, generating new business, providing quotes, and working toward individual and team sales goals. You'll receive training and coaching to develop your insurance knowledge and sales skills. We don't expect you to walk in knowing insurance - we expect you to come in ready to learn, compete, and improve.
