How You Will Make An Impact Develop relationships with residents and their families, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice. Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents/families to understand the resident’s condition, medication, and self‑care skills. Monitor resident clinical and care conditions to identify changes and act promptly to ensure patient comfort and safety. Work alongside care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed. Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders. Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care to meet the resident’s clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record. Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely. Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager. What You Will Need Must have an active RN license in the state of practice and graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN. A passion for caring for seniors. Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred. CPR certification required.
