Senior Corporate Recruiter

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced senior-level recruiter to lead the full lifecycle recruiting process. This role involves crafting engaging position descriptions, sourcing a diverse pool of candidates through innovative techniques, and promoting the organization's talent brand to attract exceptional talent. The recruiter will provide a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers, offering guidance on market trends and recommending effective strategies to attract top candidates. Additionally, the role includes developing effective candidate pipeline strategies and consulting with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their talent needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and advising hiring managers throughout the process. Source high-quality candidates by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Market the organization's talent brand to attract top talent. Provide a positive recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers from application to offer. Advise leadership and hiring teams on market trends and recommend strategies to improve talent acquisition efforts. Develop and implement candidate pipeline strategies, utilizing methods such as talent marketing, social media sourcing, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and offer guidance on recruiting best practices. Support a diverse and inclusive hiring process by considering candidates from various backgrounds and paths. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, or 5 years in human resources, or 2 years of client consulting experience, or a combination of these areas. Preferred Qualifications Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and talent marketing strategies. Strong understanding of market trends and effective talent attraction methods. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute candidate pipeline strategies.
